COP28 Side Events: Children, Cities and Climate Action Lab Workshops
The Children, Cities and Climate Action Lab is hosting three live workshops at COP28, which invite young people and policy-makers to co-design an agenda for improving cities to be healthier and more sustainable.
Creative approaches will be used to build a concept of both the lived experience of young people in cities affected by climate change and an ideal urban future that prioritizes health and sustainability. The agenda will feature aspirational and actional ideas for bridging the gap between these two concepts.
The three Children, Cities and Climate (CCC) Action Lab workshops are detailed below.

This series of co-design workshops at COP28 we be a part of a larger series of co-design workshops that will take place over the next two years in multiple cities around the work, as part of a £1.4 million grant recently awarded to the CCC Action Lab by the Fondation Botnar. Not all of the workshops will be broadcasted, but there will be outputs from all.
