Strengthening university research capacity in fragile settings and humanitarian crises
There is increasing interest about how research capacity in low and middle-income countries can be strengthened in an equitable and sustainable way. However, there has been less focus on universities in fragile settings and humanitarian crises and strategies they have adopted/ developed (or that have been adapted). This RECAP seminar will discuss approaches to strengthening university research capacity and reflect on some of the associated benefits, challenges and opportunities, particularly in contexts of fragile settings and humanitarian crises.
