The International Rescue Committee recently completed a qualitative study examining the effectiveness and feasibility of referral pathways for emergency obstetric and newborn care (EmONC) services in humanitarian-affected settings of Northeast Nigeria (Borno and Yobe states) and Central African Republic (Ouham-Pende, Nana-Grebizi, and Haut-Mbomou prefectures).
