Seminar
Exploring changes in key epidemiological parameters from different perspectives
This talk will focus on two studies based on data from mainland China and Hong Kong during the COVID-19 pandemic. The first study investigated how taking into account sampling bias, the interval between individuals becoming infected and transmitting COVID-19 changed over time using data from mainland China. The second study examined the differences in COVID-19 superspreading potential and generation interval in different transmission event settings based on Hong Kong's detailed contact tracing data and outbreak investigation.
