Participatory video with caregivers of children with Congenital Zika Syndrome

Participatory video with caregivers of children with Congenital Zika Syndrome

Participatory Video and the Most Significant Change (PVMSC) technique is a participatory approach to monitoring and evaluation which amplifies the voice of participants, helping organisations better understand and improve upon their programmes. We recently used this technique in Colombia when evaluating the impact of a 10-session programme called Juntos, which provides training and peer-support for caregivers of children with Congenital Zika Syndrome.

During this seminar, we will explore the Juntos programme in Colombia and the PVMSC methodology adopted. To end, we will watch the final participatory video that was produced in collaboration with caregivers taking part in the Juntos programme.
