Mr Sam Willcocks

I am a Research Fellow who is dual-qualified as a Molecular Biologist and an Innate Immunologist, with a particular interest in host-pathogen interactions. I have extensive experience in Biosafety Level Three pathogens, and seek to develop novel and host-directed alternatives to current antimicrobials. I am a committed and collaborative academic who secures significant funding in pursuit of basic and translational research towards novel therapeutics.
