I am a Research Fellow and PhD student at the Nutrition Group at the School. I am part of the Micronutrient Action Policy Support (MAPS) project were I provide my expertise in nutrition data curation (i.e., food composition, household surveys, etc.) and food matching for estimating micronutrient apparent intakes and supplies. I am currently part-time seconded to University of Nottingham working on a food composition data project with the FAO.

I teach in the MSc Nutrition for Global Health. I also provide technical training on R for Food and Nutrition.
Research
My research interests are in open source data to improve dietary estimates of micronutrients and other nutritional outcomes. My PhD focuses on using geospatial analysis to improve dietary intake estimates and using R and other open science tools (e.g., GitHub) for nutrition, some of examples can be found in my GitHub.
