I am a Research Fellow and doctoral student in the Innovative Methods and Metrics for Agriculture and Nutrition Actions (IMMANA) programme, within the Nutrition Group at LSHTM.
My doctoral research project explores the effect of circular economy policy strategies for plastic waste reduction in the food system on global human health outcomes, considering environmental health pathways such as climate change, air pollution and toxicity.
I have worked on large-scale syntheses of evidence of food system plastic effects on the environment, food security and human health, and also on evidence linking food systems and nutrition to global mental health.
I completed my Master's degree in Nutrition for Global Health at LSHTM in 2018.
